Promote your band or announce your concert

Promotion is one of the challenges every new music band has to face in order to have chances to be known and succeed. In the age of communication, posting paper notes in a school or community board is not enough, but for the most part, mass-media options are too expensive for most new bands.
A new website has just launched aiming to help new bands and musicians of the North American East Coast to promote their bands and announce their concerts. EastCoastSummit.com is a musicians self-promotion website with a blog format, making it easy for the musicians and band owners to post their information, which is revised by an editor and posted in the corresponding category. Bands are organized by region (USA and Canada), and other options include concert announcements, classified ads to buy and sell instruments, audio and studio equipment, music and more.
