Sonoma County real estate should interest a wide number of people. The most obvious would be any of the numerous people recently employed in the budding economic growth throughout the region. This isn’t the only group that would benefit though. A wide variety would love the inviting climate and varied landscape that Sonoma offers to all of its inhabitants.

It certainly does offer the variety. In true California fashion, you’ll be able to pick a location that suits your individual desires. There are plenty of homes along the rivers and lakes that run through the County. There are even more homes along the 76 mile coastline. Anyone wishing for a great view of the Pacific Coast should particularly love a house here. You can wake up each morning and take a walk through the sand while staring out into the beautiful ocean. There are also options for homes closer to the mountains and their glorious parks. Annadel State Park and nearby Sonoma Mountain would be particularly good starting points. These should offer a nice touch of wild style without much of a hit to the climate.
